Arranged employment point for open work permit

Hello Members,
I am planning to apply for my PR under Federal Skilled Worker Category.
I have a open work permit and got full time permanent job offer from Canadian employer, but I do not have LMO/LMIA no.
Is there any chances I can get 600 points for arranged employment category?
I have 7 years of experience in my field, does it help to improve points?
