I'm currently working with NOC code: 21311 valid closed work permit, However another company offered CTO full time position with NOC Code: 00012 but later thay said that we are not ready to process LMIA.

Can i claim 200 additional points for CRS using CTO Offer letter? under Arranged Employment Criteria. Please suggest.

So you want to claim for the second job, not the first. If so you need a new LMIA.

Ok, How about OINP Job offer stream?

Employer based in Ontario and able to met with all requirments and ready to provide emplyer form.

If you meet requirements and employer does too then yes. This is not an EE program so processing times will be different.

Thank you.. What i'm thinking to get signed copy of Employer form use it whenever i receive ITA. with current situation i'm not sure how long it takes to receive ITA Job offer stream. I hope this works with out LMIA.

My salary is 250K+ (PA) but due to 40Yrs age + Bachalores Degree + CLB 8 - running with Low score. If this not worked out.. Goodbye to Canada.. lol

The OINP stream (foreign worker job offer) has nothing to do with Express Entry. For EE, you need a LMIA. So for EE, you need to show a LMIA. Need to look at OINP processing times at the provincial and federal level.

Did you get nominated? Sailing in the same boat (40+ working as a Director but on NOC 20012!) and therefore evaluating all options. Thank you!
