Arranged Employment but CIC London Visa Officer requires to Show Funds

Hi to all members,
I need urgent suggestion on my case, I am from Pakistan and applied to SINP. I received letter from CIC London Visa office on 17-October-2011 requiring me to show
(1)Medical Report,
(2)Submit Right of residence fee,
(3)Statement of how i will become economically established in Canada?
(4)Proof of funds
I have arranged job offer from Saskatchewan employer but again visa officer require funds to show but have not stated how much? Please guide me through this issue what I have to do?

If get full time employment offer letter than employer have to file for LMO or not?

What the process time SINP took in your case?
