Hello,

Need some help with regards the FSW application. To apply under the Federal Skilled worker, one would need to have an offer of permanent employment from a Canadian employer ? Or is it possible to apply without any job offer and valid work permit ?

Your help would be much appreciated.

You need a job offer from an employer. A valid work permit isn't enough.

If you don't have a job offer from an employer, you can see if you qualify to apply without a job offer once CIC starts accepting applications again in May.
