Are these enough finances?

Hi guys. From Pakistan. Im gonna be showing around 24 lacs bank statements, the source of these funds would be sold property. The property sold is worth 48 Lacs of which half has been payed and the other half would be paid next year. Apart from this Im showing about three more lacs in bank. As of source of income I'll show my dad's salary which is around 10lacs a year and 3 lacs from a flat that has been given on rent (of which i will attach a rent agreement) . What do you guys say? Will this suffice?

I suppose it's more than 1st year tuition fee + 13k CAD, then it is enough.
