Are there students who want to apply to university of Regina in the fall 2014

I am planning to apply for MHRM degree program in the university of Regina next year fall (fall, 2014). I don't know how to apply, is there the chance of acceptance, is Regina a good place to live, what about the accommodation cost and living cost? thanks for your information in advance. I am also addressing my question to those who are already in university of Regina and doing their MHRM (Master of Human Resources Management) they maybe able to well inform us and provide accurate information. thanks
