Are there applicants for the Master in Environmental Management at the University of Saskatchewan for Fall Semester 2013? I am from the Philippines.

Hey..I am thinking of applying to University of Saskatchewan for the masters program in Env and sust or may be Env Eng.They say that application are accepted anytime but for scholarships apply by feb 15th.I've sent them inquires regarding deadlines, haven't got the reply yet.What do you think...is it too late for sept intake??Also, my gpa is 2.7(Env. Eng), 1.5 yr work exp,106 on TOEFL and 315 on GRE.What do you think, can i get admitted??
