I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me with this issue as I couldn't find any clear information.
The case: recently we had incorporated a new Ontario-based corporation with a non-resident director. The only one. It became possiible after 05 July of this year. The corporation is real and it will operate in Canada as part of international business. However, my question is: are there any immigration process-related benefits for the director? Will that experience be counted as Canadian experience?

I'm not aware of any immigration programs specifically targeting directors. It's possible there may be some options through the Ontario PNP program assuming the business has a physical footprint in Ontario and employees in Ontario. I would explore Ontario PNP.
This will not count as Canadian work experience - unless you are able to secure a work permit and work in Canada. You need to be physically in Canada and must hold a work permit for the work experience to count as Canadian work experience.
