Are separate web forms required for primary and secondary candidate

Hi,
I need to update my PCC in color, because at the time of application submission I submitted it in black n white.
For that I am submitting a CSE.
My question is do I need to submit 2 separate web forms for primary and secondary applicant or raise a single web form under the primary applicant and upload both the colored PCCs there itself.
The thing is for both primary and secondary applicant UCI(Unique identification number) is different.
