Are processing times reasonably accurate?

Hi, my GF applied March 14 and the estimated processing time (Thailand) is 25 days. So far no movement at all. Is this normal? I see so many posts about TRV taking months/years, it makes me wonder if processing times are out to lunch?

It still says:

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

So they haven't started reviewing eligibility but they have asked for the passport LOL

Posted processing times are just estimates and are often incorrect
