3 simple question,
1. Is migration certificate required for Canadian Universities? (I ask because I will have to apply for one and it will take 15 to 20 days to process and I was planning to start applying to universities in the next week. I will apply for one but if they need one during the application process, I will have to postpone it to 15 days later).
2. I already have the official final year transcript but are per semester marksheets required by Canadian Universities and VISA officers?
3. I have already done my masters in India, if I do need per semester marksheets, do I need of both Bachelor's and Master's? (I ask because the first year of my bachelors is under college and I will have to get a letter for the same from my university.)
