I live in spain, been living here for 3 years, really bad, hard jobs to find and been working nights for 3 years straight. well my question is can I just fill out the ARC application and send it in?
Also does it matter that i am ilegal in spain, can i still apply for the ARC for my wife?
and last question, if accepted will she get the visa in her country of birth, where she is legal¿? and if so can she come back to canada and once in canada apply for her sponsorship appplication????
