Hi there! Anyone with Application Delivered in the first week of April who hasn't gotten their AOR yet? The official status tracker shows they are sending AORs for applications received in the week of April 6 but I haven't received mine (which was delivered on April 1).

Yep. You get a different AOR for each application, even if you send them in as a family.

I'm actually a paper application and still waiting for AOR but I think generally AORs for paper applications are quicker than online (based on observation)

I've gotten three out of my five AORs dated July 9th (I assume the other two are on my way). Please update the spreadsheet (line 38).

They are sending AORs to 2021 January online applicants.

It varies, every single application is different, it could take from 2 to 6 months.

How long it change from in progress to complete in each filed in new ECAS ?

The tool is new, so it is hard to give a timeline. And it will depend on each individual application, if the individual needs to provide fingerprints, give interview, or if the individual don't pass the test, the time could be weeks or months. The whole process from AOR to Oath, based on IRCC website it could be between 12 to 24 months.
