Hi all,

I am getting mixed reviews to travel to Canada from USA by road on expired Visa but valid Passport and I-94 on (H1 and H4 visa).
Just want to know if recently anybody has succesfully re-entered USA from CAnada by road with the above situation.
I am planning to travel in August, 2012.
 
::) I had a similar experience with mexico. My I-94 was about to expire (because my old passport expired - but had it renewed) I was trying to re-enter t get a new I-94 and the immigration officer was very rude and did not issue me a new I-94.

All I am saying is that as in every country you are at the mercy of the immigration officer. Ye you might follow the law but he will do as he pleases.
