If I apply for a TRV with a valid study permit within Canada, can I travel to my home country and get the counterfoil/sticker (TRV) there?

Hey Mariam don’t take risk ....so processing time is not too much for visitor visa.So I suggest you to wait and have that sticker in Canada.
