Hi there
I’m from manitoba canada

need your help.

I have a pending PRRA application applied 202april.
I got married to a refugee claimant (my wife) on 2023 September.

last week her refugee claim got accepted & how I’m wondering what to do.
Should I apply for PR as a spouse or should I apply only for her?

is it better to apply for H&C ?
Someone please advise

You would be added to as a dependent which doesn’t prevent deportation. Also expect extra scrutiny about the validity of your relationship. For example how long you dated before getting married. Getting married before she was granted asylum means that at least you married someone without knowing they had protected person status.
