Approved eTA and PR renounce

I applied for an eTA and was approved within minutes. However, IRCC did not ask me to renounce of my Permanent Residency. I had PR in the past that expired in 2014. Recently, I come into attention that I need to renounce my PR before travelling to Canada.

Could anyone suggest me what should I do?

(1) Shall I keep quiet travel on already approved eTA. By doing this, will I have problem at boarding

(2) I should renounce of my PR application and apply again for another eTA once CIC received my application

(3)I only send my voluntary renounce of PR application and then travel on already approved eTA.

Please could any one help me on this as I am flying in mid MAY. Please!

In my case the ETA and PR renounce was all linked.

The system must have malfunctioned, your client number should flash up as PR and prevent you from applying for a ETA.

I think you'll be fine boarding its just what border control make of it on arrival.

It did asked for my daughter before eTA approval but not for me. I am bit scared and I hope my flight Air France people will provide me boarding pass.
