hi, i applied on 28 may.i have tracked my application for study permit and found out it was dispatched from Canada visa office, Singapore on 14th june and the passport is received by Bangladesh office on 20 june and got the notification of passport arrival i got on 21 june. as friday and saturday are off days, so i will beable to collect it on 24 june. still i havent got any email stating approval or refusal...does no approval mail mean rejection??
