Applying without wife's ECA but with her sibling connection in Canada

Hi Guys

My question is if I can use 15 points for spouse's Canadian relative but without her ECA, is there a rule where a spouse who hasnt got ECA cannot also use her relative connection for points?

At the moment, she hasn't got an ECA but I want to use the Canadian connection for points.

Hey Mr. Preet

I am in live profile mode now but until and unless you put wifes ECA in, no points are awarded for blood relation. This has come as a surprise for me too, something that differs from the online calculator provided.

Anyother guys who experienced this?
