My application got refused because one of my job was a self employment. See the quote that I received in CIC rejection letter below:
"The information that you provided to serve as evidence of having accrued that 1,950 hours of required experience included part-time employment, which according to information on file appears to have accumulated to approximately 800 hours. The letters in support of your next employment appear to describe a contractual 'self-employment' arrangement, rather than an employment agreement, which renders the accrued time in that position ineligible as skilled work experience under the Canadian Experience Class. As per Regulation 87.1(3)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations in force at time of your application, any period of self-employment must be excluded in calculating the accrued skilled work experience in Canada. As such, I have assessed your file to have demonstrated insufficient skilled work experience in hours, and your application must be refused on the basis that you have not satisfied me that the work experience requirements have been met as per R87.1(2)(a)(i). "
if she is paying her own taxes unfortunately she doesn't qualify for CEC and FSW at this time, like others said provincial nominee program would be her best bet.since she is a physician it will be very easy for her to get nominated by any canadian province(she is a very highly skilled worker and job is very in demand across the country).
