Dear all,

I have applied for TRV and got refused 1st time due to insufficient document. Now I want to apply second time, is it ok to apply from a new GC key IRCC account?
 
You'll still need to declare the earlier refusal. You may not be able to rely on the biometrics you already provided, and may be asked to pay for them and do them again.

Once you submit biometrics, IRCC will know about your earlier application and its outcome.
