Hey, I’m a computer scientist from Lebanon. I want to apply to the student visa in Canada next year, but in order to you to provide a good answer, you need to understand the diffrent aspect of the story.

In 2016, I requested a tourist visa to the US to visit my cousin there and spend my annual vacation but the visa was rejected, the consular said that this is my first flight and that I need to visit more countries before I can go to the US. I spent then my annual vacation with my friend in France when I couldn’t go to the US.
In 2017, I requested a student visa to get higher education level by applying to a master degree in the US, but since I’m an international student, I need to apply to an international student transfer which means I need to apply to undergraduate degree in order to get the missing credit between the lebanese university credit system and the American system ( im mentioning this because the consular asked me why I’m applying to an undergraduate degree while you already have one and I explained as I did above). The consular asked me then that I wanted to visit my consin in 2016, I replied yes and that when I couldn’t spend my annual vacation with my cousin I went to Paris. And when the consular knew that me and my cousin are in the same field he said I’m not gonna give you the visa because you want to work with your cousin in the US and she told me I can try to apply again later on. When the university in the US knew about the conversation and that the consular said I can try later on, the advisor told me to apply again because it’s a good sign. I applied again a month ago for the student visa and after I explained how important the degree in the US is to my carrier, the consular asked me why I’m applying to an undergrad degree while I have one I explained the same as the past interview but I was rejected without telling why.

Now that I realize that it’s very hard to study in the US, I want to continue my studies in Canada next year, but before I apply, I don’t want to mess up. I have to apply as well for an undergraduate student transfer. In the application they will ask me if I was rejected before and I will mention the rejections of the US, but I’m too afraid that the consular will reject me as soon as he sees that I was rejected 3 times before . I have sufficient money to study and live in Canada, but is there anything I can do to try as much as I can to avoid rejection and don’t mess up?

Thank you for your help and sorry for the long post.

You'll need to make sure you declare your three previous refusal in your application to study in Canada. It's very important you do this - otherwise you can expect your application to be refused and also to be banned from Canada for 5 years.

To be approved for a study visa in Canada, you will need to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Additionally, the studies you plan to complete in Canada will need to make sense in light of your previous education and experience.

I will declare the three previous refusal in the application, should I as well write a letter explaining the details of the refusals as I did here? So the consular understand the aspect of the refusals?
