if you become a non-resident of Canada in tax and provisional definitions then how this will impact your PR renewal application?

Of course, I am assuming passing the 730 days residency rule.
It won't as long as you meet the 730 days.
As long as you are in Canada when filing the application for PR card renewal, are ready to come in person to pick up your PR card and continue to meet your RO even when you pick up your PR card and until you receive citizenship you are fine. Remember that after the first 5 years RO becomes a rolling total and you must meet the 739 days out of the past 5 years.
