My PR Card has expired while i have been in-country working in Canada.
I was outside Canada for more than 1095 days in the past five (5) years, but now I have met my 730 days in-country residency obligation.
I am about to apply to renew my PR Card, and have been trawling through renewal posts here.
Is there anything that i should be wary of?
I really want to avoid having to appeal a rejection?
Thanks in advance

Probably the best piece of advice is don't apply with only 730 days of residency. If you are at 730 days or close to 730 days, then this very significantly increases the chances your application will go to secondary review. Wait until you have another three months or so of residency (e.g. 820 days) and then apply.
