Applying To Canadian Universities/Colleges without High School Diploma

I feel like the title pretty much says it all.

Are there any colleges/universities that are offering programs/diplomas without the high school diploma. I have only done matriculation which is equivalent to grade 9 & 10 or post secondary education.

Or do i need to take Academic Upgrading before applying to University/College?

I'm not aware of any universities or colleges that you can be admitted to without finishing high school. Even if there are some programs that allow this - you would likely face challenges getting an approved study permit.
