Hello,

I am planning to apply for the express entry this year and I have been living with my common law partner who is a Canadian citizen for over 2 years. He has 2 brothers who are also Canadian citizens. My question is, can I claim the sibling points (as he has brothers in Canada, and we are common law) even though my spouse is not included in in my application?
