I am on WP in canada since May 2008. The current WP would expire in April 2009. I have already applied for PR and its under processing. My WP would be extended after April 2009, as my employer is willing to extend my stay. I am planning to invite my parents for a temporary visit to canada, they don't have any plans to settle in canada. Could you please help me how to proceed with the processing of visa for my parents when I am on WP. Can I invite them when I am on WP or is it that we need to have PR or Citizenship to invite? What should I specify in my letter of invitation for them? I would really appreciate any help on this.
