applying study permit after the delivery of new born baby

Hi, i am applying for may 2021 in ontario for Fleming College. Currently i am in India and pregnant my baby is due this month end and after that i am going to start the process of my study permit for May 2021. as of now i am not planning to take my baby with me for at least 1 year my mother and father in law will be taking care of the baby for that time period. i will be with the baby till April 2021 if i apply for the May intake. Someone just told me recently that if i had a baby delivered that i will not be able to apply for study permit till September 2021 because i will not be able to pass my Medical for the visa. he did not tell me the reason why i will not pass it. but do anyone have any idea in my situation? what should i do.
