Hi Guys,
I will be applying for my second BOWP. My PR has still not arrived nor has any indication for MR.
My current BOWP is ending on May 24th and my HR just emailed me asking whats my status.
Just a quick question ... When i apply for my second BOWP do I need to put my employers info etc?
Cos for the first BOWP i was unemployed and I had mentioned "Unemployed" in the Employer info.
just write N/A - if you write an employer then you are opening yourself up for rejection and being told your employer needs an LMO. It's a stupid form in that respect but it is what it is.

Thanks Toby
I am so screwed, one side I havent heard anything from my PR... now my employer is asking me about my work permit expiry and what am i doing to renew and extend it..
This is bad.. its like history repeating itself for me again as this has happened to me before as well.
Thanks Toby

Your chances are good for getting the BOWP approved. There's no need to worry for you right now. Your PR application
is still in progress and if you get another BOWP, you're all set. You'll hear back from CIC regarding your PR application
soon, I'm pretty sure about that.

Since your current BOWP won't expire until end of May, I would even wait and save the money for the second BOWP.
Wait until end of March, beginning of April, that's still more than enough time to apply for another BOWP and who knows,
maybe you hear back from CIC until then.

If I were you I'd not wait. Yes, chances are that you will hear soon from CIC asking for your MR. But what if, by some unexpected reason your PR application is rejected by CIC? Then you might not have enough time to resubmit other CEC app and get the AOR before your current visa expires.
I would play it safe and apply for a BOWP now.
