Hi,
Anyone please advice me what to do. I am currently working under Caring for Children Program I came here in Canada September 9 2016, but I did not work directly I started working first week of October 2016. And to be able to apply for PR under this class I needed 24months of working experience so I had to extend my working permit with the same employer, it's currently on process right now. What I wanted to know is regarding a vacation leave, does it count with my 24months of working hours? My employer had a vacation out of the country for 1month and they left me here in Canada. I did not work and they did not pay for that vacation leave. Is it counted as part of my 24months working hours or do I need to extend 1 more month to fill in that vacation leave before applying for my PR? Thanks

I applied for extension of work permit last May 2018 with the old LMIA because my employer told I don't need a new one (since she also had a nanny before and she did not get a new LMiA for her upon extending her work permit) and so what happened was my application got REFUSED because on invalid LMIA (I told her I need a new one but she insisted no).
We sought advice since my visa was about to expire that time when I receive the email from CIC, and they (Agency) advice us to get a NEW LMIA and apply again for a new work permit. So basically I have my application of work permit on process and LMIA on process right now.
