I have applied my wife's PR from outside Canada. Now she is with me in Canada on a visitor visa.
I got an e-mail from Delhi High Commission to send her passport via mail.
should I send her passport from here?
When she gets the PR card. Is she supposed to go out of Canada
in order to complete the process and getting the PR?
It is illegal to send Indian passports between countries.
Your wife has two choices. She can either return to India and send the passport from there - or you can give the passport to a trusted friend or family member who is traveling from Canada back to India who will mail the passport to the VO once back in India.
I can send her passport as my father is going back to India in June. But If She needs to go back to India or if they call her for an interview then how can she go back to India?

I am Permanent Resident of Canada. After my wedding I applied her papers for Immigration from Canada.
and she applied an application for visitor visa from India.
Many people were asking the same question. How did you get her visitor visa? I can only say that we are lucky.
They usually don't give visitor visa to a spouse who has already applied for immigration also.
