Hi guys my sister moved back to her own country long time ago so her PR card was expired long time ago. Due to family reason, she applied for appeal, and luckily her PR status was proved to be kept by IAD. So she also sucessfully got a PR travel visa on her passport and now she is in the country now.


Our question is that can she apply for a new PR card right away with the letter of keeping her PR status from IAD? Or she has to live for several years first then apply?
