Lot of my frineds had to do paper application since it was them with Minor. But I was checking online and system says Minor is eligible for online application.
Can we apply it as a online application?
Secondly any pros and cos of applying through paper or online in terms of timeline. I have heard applying through paper was quicker , a year back. Not sure what is the current trend
