Applying forVisitor Visa for my 16 years old sister- Note( my parents and younger brother already has valid Canadian visitor visa)

Hello,

I am on Post Graduate Work Permit.

I applied Canadian visitor visa for my Mom, Dad, and Younger brother last year before convocation and their visa was approved (they could not visit since they got visa after convocation date passed). However, I could not apply for my younger sister's (16 years) visa at that time because her passport renewal took so long and I had a very short time to apply for my other family members visa and I skipped her. Now the issue is, my parents bank accounts have no recent transactions for last couple of months and there are no funds either. I want to be the sponsor for my sister. but she will be coming with my parents definitely who already have the valid visitor visa.

My question here is, Can I completely sponsor her since there is no bank statement available from my parents side?
Following two documents are required in Visa Application:

proof of financial recourses
and proof of means.

Since there is no way my parents can provide any bank statements, can I provide mine and sponsor her for two week's trip and still make her visa application stronger?

Any suggestions/help/comments would be appreciated.
