hello can anyone help me a friend of mine is applying for work permit do he need to take IELTS? if ever what will be the band score or individual score? and what module of academic or general NOC 3223

For work permit IELTS is not required. Need to have valid employment offer.

I`m from Uzbekistan but I live in Moscow, it`s difficult for me receive Canadian visa
