My wife has a closed work permit for which she was laid off. She has a new LMO for another employer for which we want to go to the border for to speed up the process. Our concern is that they might not let us back into Canada because her current work permit & visa is tied to her old employer, for which she no longer works. Would they perhaps not let her in based on this even though she has a positive LMO in her possession?
