Applying for visitor's visa for mom from Canada

Hello,
My mom is currently applying for her visitor's visa in Nigeria to attend my wedding. Unfortunately, it wasn't filed on time (due to various issues) and i'm worried her application won't be approved on time for her to attend to wedding.

Is it possible for me to create another application and apply online from Canada? The processing time applying from Canada is less than 20 days.

Is there anything I could do to speed up the application process in Nigeria?

1. No, don't file another application. In any case, applying online from Canada won't help. Processing time for Nigeria applications will apply as your mom's residence address is there.

2. You can send a CSE and email to request an expedited decision. Do include evidence of your wedding
