I hold a SOWP, which is ending soon. My spouse had applied for PGWP and waiting for the decision. She got herself a contract on a NOC A level but we still don't have 3 payslips.
My lawyer advised me to apply for a work permit extension until we get the payslips and then upload them(so I can keep an implied status), but at the same time apply for a visitor visa so I don't lose my status in case the extension got refused.
Do you have an idea if I applied for the visitor and got approved before the extension, will my extension get refused automatically and will no longer be able to work?
