I am planning to apply for TRV / Visit Visa for me, my wife and 2 kids.
What is the best way. Should i hire an Immigration Lawyer in Canada to process my TRV?
Or should i fill documents online?
Or should i visit locally (pakistan) in Canadian Visa processing office ?
Upon contacting one of the lawyer in Canada, they said once you get TRV and you are in Canada, we can than work on your PR ? So being in TRV can it convert to PR ?

Short advice:
You're being conned. A TRV cannot be converted to PR, nor is it a path to PR. Don't use the services of that law firm. You will lose your money.
You can do some research on your own to check if you are eligible to apply for PR through one of the economic streams.
My plan is to setup a business in Canada as well..

What the Lawyer told me, first we will apply for TRV .. They seem to be charging 3820 CAD (For me, my wife and 2 kids, including professional fees + gov fee + bio metric). I am confused, will it in any way improve my success rate ?
She said, the best way is to setup a company, and if a company is 1 year old, we can apply for Work Permit for Director/Owner (which is me) under the company, And get a letter from accountant that the company is doing financially well?
Please advise, having read that many people from Pakistan have a high failure rate, makes me worried - Why is that so ? And will it the same case for me ?
Visitor Visa applied from Inside Canada - the processing time is quicker. if online it will be in 13 Days.. but the only drawback is paying high fees to the Lawyer..
Please guide.. What is the right approach.. i do not want to wait for months and months and than come to know i did not get TRV
If i setup a company with a Friend in Canada, can this help me in work permit ?
