Applying for TRV: need help regarding my mom's address

I am applying for a TRV. My mom is already in Canada on a super visa. When adding my mom's address to the application form should I put her current address in Canada or permanent address from her home country? Also in the application do I need to mention her stay in Canada?

Her current residential address would be in Canada if she is not returning home in the next week or so. Her mailing address can be in her home country. The VO will be aware that your mother is in Canada and has a supervisa so there is no point in trying to hide it. You will need stronger ties to overcome the fact that your mother has a supervisa and is currently visiting Canada.
