I am a PR applicant , waiting for VFS in India to open to give my biometrics.
Meanwhile need assistance in applying visa to my spouse.
Actually I had applied as non accompanying spouse and accompanying child because of High CRS points.
So Now to get my husband along with me when i get my COPR what are all the possibilities,
1. One plus point he owns a business over here registered on this name as proprietor.
Can I show this as ties to home country and apply for TRV. Mentioning as if he is coming with us to make us settle over Canada and return back ? Will that work and if yes when should I apply in that case ?
After I receive my CoPR.
2. Or By not showing my details can I apply separately , as inviting by one of his friends to visit... is that give more chance of approval for TRV?
Which way should I opt and when should I apply ?
