Hello all,

I came back to my home country while waiting for the PGWP, and my TRV is expired, however, I was supposed to graduate in december, but graduated earlier in summer and i.e my study permit is issued until March 2016. My questions is , can I apply for a visa based on my study permit? anybody been in a similar situation?
