Last year I've applied for the sponsorship of my wife, in which her student permit was expiring this january. Since we didn't receive the AOR before the the limit of 15 days, we applied for the visitor record in december while we waited for the AOR so she wouldn't be without a status. Now that the AOR arrived, is it ok to apply for the OWP even if we got no response from the visitor record yer?
