Applying for study permit second time plz help!!!!

Does skipping sem not make me a full time student? I mean i flew India not stayed there and worked illegaly. Idk now lets see, that is the reason I was saying my pgwp will refuse. Can you tell me what I should do next?

If you had written approval from the college for your break, then you should be fine. Again you may not be refused...just wait. Why would the Canadian government consider your problems, you are not a citizen or PR. You are a temporary resident. Maybe you should look into Silicon Valley then. All the best.
