applying for study permit extension

I applied for study permit extension in November, but I didn't get the result until now. So I called them and I found out that I got approved. However, the problem is that the study permit paper is sent to the wrong place. I must have put my address wrong(the postal code is right though). They told me to call them again in Jan.14, which is 6 wks after they sent me the original one(they claim that I have to wait at least 6 wks) and they will send me a form(requesting for sending it to me again). But is there any faster way that I can solve this problem? perhaps, a mail guy can somehow figure out and get it to me? since it has right postal code and my name on it.
