Applying for SOWP with a study visa rejection

I am having a study visa rejection for September-2021 intake and planning to apply for SOWP in February -2022. Will it creates any problem ?

What are the chances of getting Visa Approval ?

Can anyone please suggest best immigration firm to file my case ?

Really depends on your overall profile. Is your spouse working in NOC 0, A or B? Why was your study permit rejected? When did you get married and do you have a long relationship history with a good amount of time spent in person?

I am having overall 7 years of software industry experience and I am graduated in 2013.
My wife will comes under NOC A category.

I am having low band score in reading. So applied under non-sds category ( L-7 R-5.5 S-6 W-6) and I have applied for Project management course even I am working as Software Tester from past 7 years. So these are the main reasons for rejection.

We are planning to marry in Dec-2021 and we are in relationship from past 5 years.

My fiancé left India in 2019 and we have not met single time till 2021 due to pandemic.
