Good afternoon,

We applied for my wife PR a few months back (Outland) and she received her CSQ, passed the medical exam + sent Police certificate.
Today I went to apply for RAMQ as I thought we had everything required but the guy asked for some letter that sounded like the First-stage approval.

How long could it take to receive that approval after receiving the CSQ?
