I am Libyan and I have a graduate open work permit, and I have worked exactly for one year in Canada in my field. Currently, I am planning to apply for PR through express entry and also start doing PhD (I'm applying for a study permit).
Does my study plan affect the decision on my PR application? Do I have to apply for PR first before applying for study permit or the other way around, any advice please.
