Hi,
I am applying for criminal rehab in Sep 2017. I will be entering the express entry pool in September too. Can I apply for PR if I get an invitation as long as I have applied for criminal rehab before it and it is in progress or I need to wait till the Criminal rehabilitation decision is made? Will my PR be dismissed or denied if the criminal rehabilitation is not complete before applying for PR? Also, do you know the wait time for criminal rehabilitation for applicants from India?
