Hello everyone! Last year, I submitted a Permanent Residency (PR) application under the Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) category due to a special measure by the government, but I still have not heard back anything positive on my current application.
I might qualify for Express Entry this year, realising this topic has been discussed multiple times before; however, if I accept an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in Express Entry, do I need to manually withdraw my H&C application? Are there any consequences other than my H&C application fee not being refunded?
